Happy New Year

This being the first blog of the New Year, my main task is to simply say that the past year has provided many significant highlights and I’m sure that this will prove to be the case for 2019.

For many of us, the Christmas period has offered a chance to take stock as we enter another especially busy period for the confectionery sector. There are a  number of key international trade events on the horizon including ISM, ProSweets (pictured) and Chocoa within the next couple of months.

So with this in mind, please do get in touch with me directly with all your latest news and views – without which, Confectionery Production is unable to truly thrive. We’ve had some excellent support from across the industry this past year and again, I fully expect this will prove the case in the coming weeks and months ahead.  Here’s hoping that we’ll catch up with you in the very near future in Cologne for ProSweets, as well as numerous other conferences, trade fairs and special events that continue to make this a particularly fascinating sector of industry.
