Montezuma’s extends Absolute Black range

Montezuma’s is extending its Absolute Black 100% cocoa bar range with a fourth flavour: Absolute Black with Hemp and Seasalt.

The range also includes:

• Absolute Black – the original dark and delicious 100% cocoa bar offering a dramatic flavour hit
• Absolute Black with Orange and Cocoa Nibs – flavoured with organic orange oil and cocoa nibs which add a crunch and natural sweetness to the original bar
• Absolute Black with Almond – studded with blanched almonds providing an intense cocoa hit with a creamy, nutty texture

All bars are made using Montezuma’s in-house blend of 100% cocoa chocolate with no added sugar, and are dairy and gluten free.

Montezuma’s co-founder Helen Pattinson said: “Absolute Black was introduced to provide a delicious option for our customers who wanted the highest cocoa percentage. Since then we have seen the whole range go from strength to strength and so it’s great to be able to add this unique new flavour. I love the nuttiness of the soft hemp and the slight saltiness just adds to the flavour explosion. Absolute Black is rich and not for the faint-hearted so don’t say I didn’t warn you!”

All Absolute Black bars are priced at £2.59 per 100g and are available in Montezuma’s shops and online from 1 May.
